Said R'Johanan to him, 'Do you not remember that disciple who attended the lectures of the Great Rabbi and of R'Hiyya, and, by God! all the years during which that disciple sat before his teachers<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., as an advanced student Rab was permitted to sit at the lectures.');">⁵</span>
