או שותות (במדבר ה, טו) והביא האיש את אשתו אל הכהן אמר רחמנא וליכא אלא מתוך שלא שותות לא נוטלות כתובה

[How can they say,] “They either drink,” it says in the Torah, “Then the man shall bring his wife to the priest” (Numbers 5:15) and he is not there? Rather, since they cannot drink they do not receive their ketubah.
