אתו לקמיה דרבא אמר להו קאקי חיורי משלחי גלימי דאינשי הכי אמר רב נחמן והוא שתפסה מחיים

They came in front of Rava he said to them, “[You are] quacking geese that strip the people of their cloaks; thus ruled R. Nahman: ‘[The seizure is valid] only if it took place during the lifetime [of the original owner].’”
