מי קאמר במשנתינו כל מקום ששנה קאמר
for does it say 'Wherever he stated his view in the Mishnah'? It simply says, 'Wherever he stated his view'.

Q. A Scroll of the Law was torn, the tear traversing three written lines. The torn parts were glued together. Is this sufficient?
A. Gluing torn parts of a Scroll of the law, is not sufficient, for in handling the Scroll the glued parts may come apart again. Therefore, the entire sheet must be replaced.
