הא איתמר עלה רבה ורב יוסף דאמרי תרווייהו הכא בשתי כיתי עדים עסקינן אחת אומרת קרוב לה ואחת אומרת קרוב לו דהוה ליה ספיקא דאורייתא ומתניתין דהכא בכת אחת דה"ל ספיקא דרבנן
