Tosefta for Yevamot 83:20
אמר רב ספרא אין בודקין את הנשואות שלא יתגנו על בעליהן ונבדקה בהלוכה
a woman who bears at seven months 'does give birth before the full number of months has been completed;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' [H] (rt. [H] 'lop off') 'incomplete number of months'. ');"><sup>30</sup></span> for it is stated in Scripture, And it came to pass, after the cycles of days,'<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I Sam. I, 20. E.V., When the time was come about. ');"><sup>31</sup></span>
Tosefta Niddah
A man may not marry a pregnant woman [who was impregnated] by his fellow, or a nursing woman [who is nursing the child] of his fellow, on account of that which is said (Prov. 23:10), "Do not remove ancient boundary stones; Do not encroach upon the field of orphans" (JPS tr.).
