A word of Torah - law [given] to Moses at Sinai.

"In booths you shall live" (Lev. 23:42), "they shall live in booths" (Lev. 23:42), "in booths I made [them] live" (Lev. 23:43): in one [case the word for booths, sukkot, is written out] fully and in two [cases, the word is written] defectively.

"For refuge and cover..." - And without four walls, it is no refuge from the storm, in that the wind drives the storm through the incomplete wall.
