One who immerses [unclean] vessels on Shabbat: If unwittingly, he may use them. But if intentionally, he may not use them. One who separates tithes, or cooks on Shabbat: If unwittingly, he may eat it. But if intentionally, he may not eat it. One who plants on Shabbat: If unwittingly, he may keep the tree. But if intentionally, he must uproot it. But if during the sabbatical year, whether [it was planted] unwittingly or intentionally he must uproot it.

R. Shimon ben Elazar said: The house of Shammai agrees with the house of Hillel that there are two cooking dishes. What do you disagree about? About the fish and the egg on it; there the house of Shammai says: There are two cooking dishes, but the house of le Hillel says: It is one cooking dish. Further they agree that if he boiled two sorts in a cauldron or a crumbled egg on fish or if he cut leeks under the fish, for these are two cooking dishes.

One who separates terumah and tithes on Shabbat, whether unwittingly or intentionally, his tithes are [valid] tithes, and one who immerses [impure] utensils on Shabbat, whether unwittingly or intentionally, the immersion counts (contra Ter. 2:3 [invalidating intentional tithing and immersion on Shabbat]).
