Commentary for Berakhot 118:17

בנה בית חדש וקנה כלים חדשים וכו': א"ר הונא לא שנו אלא שאין לו כיוצא בהן אבל יש לו כיוצא בהן א"צ לברך ור' יוחנן אמר אפילו יש לו כיוצא בהן צריך לברך

He who has built a new house or bought new vessels, etc. Rab Huna said : This only applies if he has not similar vessels, but if he has similar vessels there is no need for him to say a benediction. R. Johanan declared : Even if he has similar vessels, he must say the benediction.
