אפילו הכי נדוי במתני' לא תנן אלא בכ"ד מקומות היכא משכחת לה ר' יהושע בן לוי מדמה מילתא למילתא ור' אלעזר לא מדמה מילתא למילתא:
Despite this, we have not learnt a case of excommunication in the Mishnah ! And where are the twenty-four places to be found? R. Joshua b. Levi compares one thing with another, but R. Eleazar does not.
