בנהרדעא לבר מההוא יומא דאתא פולמוסא דמלכא למתא ואטרידו רבנן ולא צלו וצלי לי ביחיד והואי יחיד שלא בחבר עיר
in Nehardea except on the day when the king's army came to the town, and the Rabbis were so troubled that they did not say the Tefillah, and I said it alone, because I was like an individual without a local Congregation.
