Commentary for Berakhot 61:13

וכן תנא מרי בר בריה דרב הונא בריה דר' ירמיה בר אבא אל יפטר אדם מחבירו אלא מתוך דבר הלכה שמתוך כך זוכרהו

So also Mari the son of Rab Huna the son of R. Jeremiah b. Abba taught : A man should not take leave of another except from the midst of a discussion of Halakah, so that he may remember him thereby.
