Commentary for Berakhot 63:26

אמר רבי אלעזר עד כאן דברי תלמיד מכאן ואילך דברי הרב ורבי שמואל בר נחמני אמר אלו ואלו דברי תלמיד אלא כך אמר משה לפני הקדוש ברוך הוא רבונו של עולם דברים שאמרת לי לך אמור להם לישראל בשמי הלכתי ואמרתי להם בשמך עכשיו מה אני אומר להם:

R. Eleazar said : Up to here we have the words of the disciple, but from here onwards the words of the Master. R. Samuel b. Nahmani said : All of them are the words of the disciple ; but thus spake Moses before the Holy One, blessed be He, "Lord of the universe ! The word which Thou saidst unto me, 'Go, speak to Israel,' I went and spoke in Thy name. And now what can I say to them?"
