Commentary for Berakhot 68:20

ופליגא דשמואל דאמר שמואל אין בין העוה"ז לימות המשיח אלא שעבוד מלכיות בלבד שנאמר (דברים טו, יא) כי לא יחדל אביון מקרב הארץ

This is at variance with the opinion of Samuel who said : There is no difference between this world and the days of the Messiah, except the servitude of the heathen kingdoms alone ; as it is said, "For the poor shall never cease out of the land" (Deut. xv. 11).
