אלא משום דאית ביה (תהלים קמה, טז) פותח את ידך נימא הלל הגדול דכתיב ביה (תהלים קלו, כה) נותן לחם לכל בשר
No, the reason is that it contains the verse, "Thou openest Thy hand and satisfiest every living thing with favour" (Ps. cxlv. 16). Then let him say the Great Hallel which includes "Who giveth food to all flesh" (ibid. cxxxvi. 25)!
