כל הפוסל בריאה כשר בכוליא שהרי נקב פסול בריאה וכשר בכוליא וכל שכן היכא דכשר בריאה כשר בכוליא

But take the case of pus, which [if found] in the lung is not considered a defect, but in the kidney is considered a defect.
