Commentary for Ketubot 114:3

מאי ימים אילימא תרי יומי משתעי איניש הכי אמרו ליה תרי יומי אמר להו לא אמרו ליה עשרה יומי אלא מאי ימים שנה דכתיב (ויקרא כה, כט) ימים תהיה גאולתו

Now, what could be meant by days? If it be suggested “two days” do people talk that way? [If when] they said to him two days he said no, would they then say ten days? Rather, “days” must mean a year, for it is written, “For days (yamim) he shall have the right of redemption” (Leviticus 25:29).
