Commentary for Ketubot 129:4

מיתיבי רגילה נותנין לה רגילה שאני דאמר רב חיננא בר כהנא אמר שמואל רגילה נותנין לה כוס אחד שאינה רגילה נותנין לה שני כוסות

They objected: If [a woman] is accustomed [to drink] she is given [an allowance of drink]! Where she is accustomed to drink the case is different, for R. Hinena b. Kahana stated in the name of Shmuel, If she was accustomed [to drink] she is given an allowance of one cup; if she was not accustomed [to drink] she is given an allowance of two cups.”
