אמר ר' יוחנן שניה ויתרה אמר ר' חנינא גדולה מזו אמרו מוציאין לפרנסה ואין מוציאין למזונות ואת אמרת שניה ויתרה

Yohanan ruled: The second has surrendered her right. Hanina said: They said something even greater— “they may seize encumbered property for the dowry and not for maintenance” and you nevertheless state, “The second has surrendered her right”?
