משום רבי אליעזר אמרו חולצת ולא מתייבמת והא הכא דכטעות אשה אחת דמי ופליגי

In the name of R. Eliezer it was stated: She must perform halitzah and may not contract levirate marriage. Now, here it is a case similar to that of an error involving one woman and they nevertheless differ!
