Commentary for Ketubot 67:1
ר' שמעון היא דאמר שחיטה שאינה ראויה לא שמה שחיטה התינח עבודת כוכבים ושור הנסקל אלא שחיטת שבת שחיטה ראויה היא דתנן השוחט בשבת וביום הכפורים אע"פ שמתחייב בנפשו שחיטתו כשרה
Who are the Sages? R. Shimon, who says: An unfit slaughtering is not called slaughtering. This is correct with regard to [slaughtering for] idolatry and [slaughtering of] the ox that is to be stoned, but slaughtering on Shabbat is a valid slaughtering, for we have learned: One who slaughters [an animal] on Shabbat or on Yom Kippur, although he is liable for the death penalty his slaughtering is valid?

That is well with regards to idol worship - The offerings up of dead (euphemism for idol worship) and similarly the ox that requires to be stoned, that once judgment as been finalised it is forbidden to have any benefit from it, as we state in Bava Kama (45a) and Pesachim (22b) inferred from the verse 'it shall surely be stoned' do I not know that it will be come an (un-slaughtered) carcass, and a carcass etc.:
