הוא בשמה והיא בשמו יש בו משום דרכי האמורי
is guilty of Amorite practices. R. Judah said: Gad is none other but an idolatrous term, for it is said, ye that prepare a table for Gad.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' lsa. LXV, II. Hence this statement is an invocation to an idol. ');"><sup>2</sup></span>
