אמר רבי שמואל בר רב יצחק אמר רב מותר לשנאתו שנאמר (שמות כג, ה) כי תראה חמור שנאך רובץ תחת משאו מאי שונא אילימא שונא נכרי והא תניא שונא שאמרו שונא ישראל ולא שונא נכרי
Tobias sinned and Zigud is punished!' exclaimed he, 'Even so,' said he to him, 'for it is written, one witness shall not rise up against a man,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Deut.
