דיני נפשות בעשרים ושלשה הרובע והנרבע בעשרים ושלשה שנאמר (ויקרא כ, טז) והרגת את האשה ואת הבהמה ואומר ואת הבהמה תהרוגו
AND THE DECISION AS TO <i>MI'UN</i><span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The annulment of a woman's marriage following her refusal to agree to the union contracted by her as a fatherless girl during her minority. This commandment is practiced at the time of the [Temple] when Israel are in their inhabitation; since [only] then is it in our hand to judge capital cases. And they, may their memory be blessed, said (Sanhedrin 2a) that we only judge a false prophet with a court of seventy-one [judges].
