אלא הכא קא סתם לן תנא דתנן אלו הן הפסולים המשחק בקוביא ומלוי ברבית ומפריחי יונים וסוחרי שביעית והעבדים זה הכלל כל עדות שאין האשה כשירה לה אף הן אין כשרין לה
