Musar for Megillah 26:3
אלא אמר לה מינסבא לי אמרה ליה אין מיהו אבא רמאה הוא ולא יכלת ליה אמר לה אחיו אנא ברמאות אמרה ליה ומי שרי לצדיקי לסגויי ברמיותא אמר לה אין (שמואל ב כב, כז) עם נבר תתבר ועם עקש תתפל
Rather, he said to her, "will you marry me"? She said to him, "yes, but my father is a deceiver, and you will not be able to outwit him." He said to her, "I am his brother as a deceiver." She said to him, "is it permitted to the righteous to walk in the way of deceit?" He said to her, "yes, [as it is written] (II Samuel 22:27) 'With the pure you act purely, and with the perverted you deal torturously.'"

If the salvation, i.e. פקד is mentioned prior to the enslavement, i.e. צרה, or וימררו, then this confirms that G–d arranges for the רפואה, cure, already before He inflicts the מכה, affliction. It proves that when the afflictions do occur, they must not be viewed as caused by an enemy, but as something designed to refine our character so that we will emerge as innocent as Adam before the sin. Then G–d's whole name can be revealed, the one that has been desecrated amongst mankind due to our sins. When that day arrives, He and His name will be one, i.e. ברוך השם לעולם אמן ואמן.
