עונה של תלמידי חכמים אימת אמר רב יהודה אמר שמואל מע"ש לע"ש (תהלים א, ג) אשר פריו יתן בעתו אמר רב יהודה ואיתימא רב הונא ואיתימא רב נחמן זה המשמש מטתו מע"ש לע"ש
How often are scholars to perform their marital duties? Rav Judah in the name of Shmuel replied: Every Friday night. “Which brings forth fruit in its season” (Psalms 1:3): Rav Judah, and some say R. Huna, and some say, R. Nahman, stated: This [refers to one] who performs his marital duty every Friday night.
