והאמר מר כוס של ברכה צריך שיעור והא קא פחית ליה משיעוריה דנפיש ליה טפי משיעוריה

But the master has said : The cup of benediction requires a measure [of a fourth of a Log] ; and lo, he made it less than that measure ! He originally had more than the required measure.
