אמר רבי חנינא גדר גדול גדרו בה דתניא מעשה באחד שתבע אשה לדבר עבירה אמרה לו ריקא יש לך ארבעים סאה שאתה טובל בהן מיד פירש

R. Hannina replied : They have erected a great fence thereby; for there is a teaching : Once a man solicited a woman for an immoral purpose, and she said to him, "Thou good-for-nothing! Hast thou forty Saot of water in which to immerse?" He immediately left her.
