ורבנן אמרי מלמד שאמר משה לפני הקב"ה רבש"ע חולין הוא לך מעשות כדבר הזה

The Rabbis say : It teaches that Moses spake before the Holy One, blessed be He, "Lord of the universe ! It would be profanation [hullin] for Thee to do such a thing."
