ת"ר אלו ברכות שאדם שוחה בהן באבות תחלה וסוף בהודאה תחלה וסוף ואם בא לשוח בסוף כל ברכה וברכה ובתחלת כל ברכה וברכה מלמדין אותו שלא ישחה

Our Rabbis have taught : These are the benedictions at which a man bends low ; at the beginning and end of the "Patriarchs" and at the beginning and end of the "Thanksgiving." Should anyone come to bend low at the end and beginning of every benediction, we tell him not to do so.
