תני רבי חייא לחם העשוי לכותח פטור מן החלה והא תניא חייב בחלה התם כדקתני טעמא ר' יהודה אומר מעשיה מוכיחין עליה עשאן

R. Hiyya taught : Bread made into Kuttah is exempt from Hallah. But there is a teaching ; It is subject to Hallah ! Yes, but there it mentions the reason, viz. : R. Judah says : The way they are made decides.
