Reference for Berakhot 75:4

ואמר מר בר רב אשי האי דובשא דתמרי מברכין עלויה שהכל נהיה בדברו מ"ט זיעה בעלמא הוא

Mar b. Rab Ashe also said : Over the honey of the date-palm we use the benediction "...By Whose word all things exist." What is the reason ? Because it is only the moisture [of the tree].
