רבי יוסי ורבי אלעזר אומרים הוא נותן אצבע בין שיניה לפיכך אם רצה הבעל להפר יפר ואם אמר אי אפשי באשה נדרנית יוציא ויתן כתובה איפוך ר"מ ורבי יהודה אומרים הוא נותן רבי יוסי ורבי אלעזר אומרים היא נתנה

R. Yose and R. Elazar said: He has put his finger between her teeth. Therefore, the husband wishes to annul her vow, he may do so. But if he said, “I do not want a wife who is in the habit of vowing,” he may divorce her but must give her the ketubah! Reverse [the views]: R. Meir and R. Judah said: “He has put” and R. Yose and R. Elazar said: “She has put.”
