אמר רב יוסף בר אבא אמר רבי מנחם א"ר אמי המקדש בפחות משוה פרוטה ובעל צריכה הימנו גט בהא הוא דלא טעי אבל בהנך טעי

R. Joseph b. Abba said in the name of R. Menahem in the name of R. Ammi: If a man betrothed a woman with something worth less than a perutah and then had intercourse with her, she requires a get from him. It is only in this case that one would not make a mistake, in other cases he would make a mistake.
