Reference for Ketubot 162:12

מאי טעמא אילימא משום דהוו להו מטלטלי ומטלטלי לכתובה לא משעבדי דלמא רבי מאיר היא דאמר מטלטלי משעבדי לכתובה

What is the reason? If you say, “Because is is a movable thing and movable things are not pledged to a ketubah,” perhaps it reflects the opinion of R. Meir who holds that movable things are pledged to a ketubah?
