לימא תיהוי תיובתא דרב נחמן אמר שמואל דאמר ר"נ אמר שמואל שני שטרות היוצאין בזה אחר זה ביטל שני את הראשון

Shall we say that this ruling is a rejection of R. Nahman who said in the name of Shmuel? For R. Nahman said in the name of Shmuel: Two documents, one issued one after the other, the second annuls the first!
