אמר רבי יוחנן שנים אומרים מת ושנים אומרים לא מת הרי זו לא תנשא ואם נשאת לא תצא שנים אומרים נתגרשה ושנים אומרים לא נתגרשה הרי זו לא תנשא ואם נשאת תצא

Yohanan said: Two [witnesses] say [that the husband] has died, and two [witnesses] say he has not died, she shall not remarry, but if she has remarried, she need not go out [of the second marriage]. two [witnesses] say [that] she has been divorced, and two [witnesses] say [that] she has not been divorced, she shall not remarry and if she has married, she must go out.
