Reference for Megillah 53:13
התם משום פשיעותא כי קאמרינן כגון דכתיב ומנח לאיפרוקי מאי
There the reason is lest he should [afterwards] neglect to do so; here we speak of a case where the new one is written and waiting to be paid for. What is the rule?
