תנא העבים והרוחות שניות למטר היכי דמי אמר עולא ואיתימא רבי יהודה דבתר מיטרא למימרא דמעליותא היא והכתיב (דברים כח, כד) יתן ה' את מטר ארצך אבק ועפר ואמר עולא ואיתימא רב יהודה זיקא דבתר מטרא
There will then be a contradiction between 'winds and winds' and between 'clouds and clouds'? - There is really no contradiction between clouds and clouds'.
