Related for Megillah 62:5

אמר לפניו רבש"ע במה אדע אמר לו קחה לי עגלה משולשת וגו' אמר לפניו רבש"ע תינח בזמן שבית המקדש קיים בזמן שאין בית המקדש קיים מה תהא עליהם אמר לו כבר תקנתי להם סדר קרבנות כל זמן שקוראין בהן מעלה אני עליהן כאילו מקריבין לפני קרבן ומוחל אני על כל עונותיהם:

He then said before Him: Master of the Universe: By what shall I know this? He said: “Take a heifer of three years old” etc. (Genesis 15:9). He then said before Him: Master of the Universe: This is very well for the time when the Temple will be standing, but in the time when there will be no Temple what will happen to them? He replied to him: I have already set for them the order of the sacrifices. Whenever they will read the section dealing with them, I will account it to them it as if they were bringing me an offering, and forgive all their sins

Tosefta Megillah

On a Rosh Chodesh that falls on Chanukah, we read (Num. 28:11), "And on the first of your months [etc.]." At the place that they leave off [the Torah reading] in the morning service on Shabbat, they begin from that point in the afternoon service. [Where they leave off] in the afternoon service, they begin from that point on Monday, [and from where they leave off] on Monday, they begin from point on Thursday, [and from where they leave off] on Thursday, they begin from that point on the next Shabbat. Rabbi Yehuda says, at the place where they leave off [the Torah reading] in the morning service on Shabbat, they begin from there on the next Shabbat.
