כולה ר"א בן יעקב היא וחסורי מיחסרא והכי קתני חצר שהיא פחותה מד' אמות אין שופכין לתוכה מים בשבת הא ד' אמות שופכין שר"א בן יעקב אומר ביב הקמור ד' אמות ברה"ר שופכין לתוכו מים בשבת:
