Tosefta for Ketubot 119:9
וחלופא בדם כדתניא דם שעל גבי ככר גוררו ואוכלו שבין השינים מוצצו ואינו חושש
[This law] is reversed in the case of blood, as it was taught: [Human] blood which [is found] upon a loaf of bread, he scrapes it off and then he eats it; but that which is between the teeth he may suck with no concern.
Tosefta Terumot
Rabbi Yehoshua says, [if] blood is on a loaf of bread, one may scrape the place [where the blood is] and then he may eat the remainder. [If] blood was found between his teeth, he may rub it off and there is no concern (cf. Ket. 60a:9).
