ואי אנשי ויתיב ואח"כ משמש מאי תקנתיה כי קאי לימא הכי לא לי לא לי לא תחים ולא תחתים לא הני ולא מהני לא חרשי דחרשא ולא חרשי דחרשתא
But should he through forgetfulness act thus, what is his remedy ? On rising, let him say as follows, "Not to me, not to me ; no Tahim and no Tahtim ; not these and not from these ; no charms of a sorcerer and no charms of a sorceress."
