מכל מקום קשיא השתא בית הכסא קבוע שרי בית הכסא עראי לא כל שכן
Nevertheless there is a difficulty: Since it is permitted to enter a regular priyy [with Tefillin], should it not be all the more permissible to enter a chance privy!
