Commentary for Berakhot 64:18

אמרה לפניו רבש"ע הואיל ויש שכחה לפני כסא כבודך שמא תשכח לי מעשה סיני אמר לה (ישעיהו מט, טו) ואנכי לא אשכחך

Israel spake before Him, "Lord of the universe! Since there is forgetfulness before the throne of Thy glory, perhaps Thou wilt forget for me the incident at Sinai!" He replied, "Yet 'the I' will I not forget thee" (ibid.).

Abraham Cohen Footnotes to the English Translation of Masechet Berakhot

R.V. "Yet will I not forget thee," but the word "I" is emphasized in the Hebrew. Hence it is taken to refer to the incident at Sinai when God declared "I am the Lord thy God" (Exod. xx. 2). That will not be forgotten by Him.
