רבי עקיבא במקום ר"א עבדינן כותיה וב"ש במקום ב"ה אינה משנה
When R. 'Akiba is in opposition to R. Eliezer, we act according to his view; but when Bet Shammai are in opposition to Bet Hillel, [the opinion of the former] is not Mishnah.
