Midrash for Taanit 7:13
ועוד שאלה שלא כהוגן אמרה לפניו רבש"ע (שיר השירים ח, ו) שימני כחותם על לבך כחותם על זרועך א"ל הקב"ה בתי את שואלת דבר שפעמים נראה ופעמים אינו נראה אבל אני אעשה לך דבר שנראה לעולם שנאמר (ישעיהו מט, טז) הן על כפים חקותיך:
'Neither came it to my mind': This refers to the sacrifice of Isaac, the son of Abraham. R'Berekiah said: The Congregation of Israel also made a thoughtless request, yet God granted that request,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Cf. supra p. 10, n. 7.');"><sup>14</sup></span>

Others say: "which I did not command": This refers to the son of Meisha the king of Moav (viz. II Kings 3:27); "and which I did not speak": This refers to the daughter of Yiftach (viz. (Judges 11:31-40); "and which never entered My heart": This refers to Isaac, the son of Abraham (viz. Bereshith 22).
