Reference for Berakhot 53:11

אי בעית אימא רבי יהודה אי בעית אימא רבנן אי בעית אימא רבנן אמר קרא בבקר בבקר חלקהו לשני בקרים ואי בעית אימא רבי יהודה האי בקר יתירא להקדים לו שעה אחת דכולא עלמא מיהא וחם השמש ונמס בארבע שעות

If thou wilt I can say it is R. Judah's view or the Rabbis'. If thou wilt I can say it is the view of the Rabbis — because the Scriptures state, "Morning by morning" (Exod. l.c.), thus dividing the morning into two parts. If thou wilt I can say it is R. Judah's view — because one word for "morning" is superfluous, the intention being to anticipate [the time for gathering] by one hour Everybody agrees "As the sun waxed hot, it melted" means in the fourth hour. How is this proved?
