Reference for Ketubot 143:5

או שתהא ממלאה ומערה לאשפה: ותיעביד א"ר יהודה אמר שמואל שתמלא ונופצת במתניתא תנא שתמלא עשרה כדי מים ותערה לאשפה

Or “that you shall fill and pour out on the rubbish heap.” But let her do this? Rav Judah said in the name of Shmuel: [Because the meaning of his request is] that she shall allow herself to be filled and then scatter it. In a baraita it was taught: That she shall fill ten jars of water and empty them on to the rubbish heap.
